[STAMP:] Be it remembered that on the 23 day of Sept. 1918 in
Department Two of the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
Hon. James C. Rives, Judge, presiding; the following proceedings were had, to wit:
ORDER SETTLING FINAL ACCOUNT AND FOR DISTRIBUTION.
The final account and petition for distribution herein of Pearl Pardee Russell, the Executrix
of said estate, by Chas. R. Morfoot, her attorney, coming on regularly in all respects this
23rd day of Sept. 1918, for settlement and hearing by the Court, and no person appearing to
except to or contest said account or petition, the Court after hearing the evidence and finding
no inheritance tax due herein, settles said account and orders distribution of said estate as follows:
It is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said Executrix has in her possession
belonging to said estate, no credits claimed, a balance of $2320.00 which consists of the property
hereinafter described at the value of the appraisement, and that said account be allowed and settled
accordingly, and that in pursuance of and according to the provisions of the last will of said
deceased the said property, hereinafter described, and all other property belonging to said
estate whether described herein or not, be distributed as follows:
The whole thereof to PEARL PARDEE RUSSELL, daughter of said decedent. The property of said
estate hereby distributed so far as the same is known is described as follows:
All the personal property shown by said petition for distribution; and the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Situated in the Town of Newhall, County of Los Angeles, State of California: All
of Lots 15 and 16, of Block 32; One-half interest in Lots 11, 12, and 13, Block 25; one-half
interest in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 33; one-half interest in Lots 25, 26, 27,
28 and 29, Block 32. One-half interest in and to the N.W.¼ of the S.E.¼ of
Section 13, T. 3 N., R. 16 W., containing 40 acres and situated in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California. A one-sixteenth interest in and to the Tarport No. 7, Oil Placer Mining Claim
described as the S.W.¼ of Section 17, T. 3 N., R. 16 W., S.B.M. and recorded in
Book 46, page 20, of Mining Claims, records of Los Angeles County; also recorded in Book M,
page 126 of Records of Mining Claims of San Fernando Petroleum Mining District, California.
